In this workshop we will focus on the flow and independence in contact. Flow of your own movement and flow within a couple or group. How is it to find unity and synergy dancing with others and yet how to not loose your own personality and integrity. Your own rhythm, space and wish for moving. How can we be ready for a fast shift or abrupt change in our dance. We will play with lifts and going up and down, traveling like the river that flows with all that it takes, finding the right momentum. Applying forces and mechanisms taken from Ilan lev Theraphy and martial arts.
Not resisting, not reacting, waiting and only following, going with the force and then catching the wave.

But most of all staying relaxed and available in constantly changing environment, keeping the play going and enjoying the dance
