CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

MORNING CI CLASS/RESEARCH with DARSHANA ROSENTHAL:
The first session will be a series of experiments and invitations into the heart of shared weight in motion, through a 'try-fail-play' motto! We will have time for solo exploration to train and ready the body for weight sharing and communication through touch...taking help from Body-Mind Centering and The Axis Syllabus. All the while staying tuned to poetry, artistry and authentic self-expression...

CRANIOSACRAL GROUP PRACTICE with MARA NATTERER:
In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy we connect to movement as an expression of life. Through light touch we tune in to the inherent rhythms of the body, as well as the stillness behind the movement. We refer to this place as the source, a place of wholeness and full potential, from which all movement arises (no prior experience required).

PRACTICALS

• Bring towels for sauna or fresh dips in the stream...instruments...anything else you need!
• We will open our flat upstairs for places to rest, nap, prepare food. Or you can rest outside in the forest and by the water.
