I am an independent artist and teacher of Contact Improvisation. Originally studying fine arts, I was fascinated by the structural yet ephemeral beauty of human body, which brought me to dance and movement. With background training in ballet and contemporary dance, I later found a particular interest in contact improvisation. Sharing Contact Improvisation in Vietnam since 2017, I continue to contemplate on the most efficient way of sharing CI practice and also nurturing curiosity and experimentation.
