Contact Improvisation Basics — Open Classes + Closed Group

We’re starting a new beginner-friendly CI course in Freiburg.

The open classes are a chance to try the practice, meet us, and get a feel for the group before committing to the full series. We’ll work with some of the basic ingredients of CI — weight, touch, listening, momentum, falling, supporting and being supported — while leaving space for play, curiosity and the occasional weirdness that makes CI so much fun.
