Ruft dich eine Tanz- und Naturauszeit auf dem Berg?

Ein verlängertes Tanz- und Naturwochenende auf dem Monte Ces im Tessin/ Leventina. Der Monte Ces, liegt weitab vom Verkehrschaos auf 1’450m (autofrei, nur Milchstrasse) und ist in einer wunderschönen und abwechslungsreichen Wanderung von zwei Stunden bergauf erreichbar.

In einer kleinen Gruppe von 12 Personen geniessen wir das einfache Leben, das Tanzen und die magische Natur auf dem Berg.

Mal im Tanzraum, mal inmitten der traumhaften Natur von Ces tauchen wir in Contact Improvisation und Bodywork Sessions ein, erforschen und vertiefen die Grundprinzipien der Contact Improvisation, um frei und vielfältig damit improvisieren zu können. Wir lauschen mit jeder Zelle, lassen uns neugierig auf den Dialog mit einem oder mehreren Partnern ein und folgen dem gemeinsamen Bewegungsfluss.
Wir starten den Tag jeweils mit Qi Gong auf der Wiese mit Regula Anna Friedli. Nach dem Frühstück folgen CI Session mit Linda Trolese im Bewegungsraum Casa Cultura. Wir stärken uns mit einem leckeren Mittagessen und haben danach Zeit und Raum für dolce far niente, Natur geniessen, Wandern, in Gespräche oder Stille eintauchen oder unter den kühlen Wasserfall? Auf Wunsch können bei Maren Henein www.marenhenein.ch wieder individuelle Osteopathie Sessions gebucht werden. Am späteren Nachmittag tanzt es drinnen oder in der Natur weiter und Jams oder Saunatime folgen am Abend.

ESSEN: Biologisches Essen. Gemeinsames Kochen in Kleingruppen

WER: Für Tanz- und Experimentierfreudige. Voraussetzung: Contact Improvisation Erfahrung. Level: Basic bis Advanced

BEITRAG: zwischen 350.- und 550.- (je nach Einkommen). Inkl. Kost und Logie, im gemütlichen Lagerhaus.

CONTACT IMPROVISATION Retreat N°2 Ticino (CH)

An extended dance and nature weekend on Monte Ces in Ticino/ Leventina. Monte Ces is located far away from the traffic chaos at 1,450 metres (car-free, only Milky Way) and can be reached in a beautiful and varied hike of two hours uphill.

In a small group of 12 people max., we enjoy the simple life, the dancing and the magical nature on the mountain.

Sometimes in the beautiful wooden dance studio, sometimes in the dreamlike nature of Ces, we immerse ourselves in contact improvisation and bodywork sessions, exploring and deepening the basic principles of contact improvisation in order to be able to improvise freely and in a variety of ways. We listen with every cell, engage curiously in dialogue with one or more partners and follow the flow of movement together.
We start the day with Qi Gong on the meadow with Regula Anna Friedli. Breakfast is followed by a CI session with Linda Trolese in the Casa Cultura movement studio. We fortify ourselves with a delicious lunch and then have time and space for dolce far niente, enjoying nature, hiking, immersing ourselves in conversation or silence or under the cool waterfall? Individual osteopathy sessions can be booked with Maren Henein www.marenhenein.ch on request. Later in the afternoon, the dancing continues indoors or in nature, followed by jams or sauna time.

FOOD: Organic food. Cooking together in small groups

WHO: For dance and experimentation enthusiasts. Prerequisite: Contact Improvisation experience. Level: Basic to Advanced

CONTRIBUTION: between 350.- and 550.- (depending on income). Incl. board and lodging, in a cosy camp house.
