Embodying Consent – Reclaiming Contact with Care
Navigating space and distance—physically, emotionally, socially—we return to the dance floor to reconnect, not only with others but with ourselves. In this workshop, we approach “contact” with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for boundaries and choice.
Embodying Consent invites you into a space of inquiry where self-awareness, movement and play shapes a language of mutual respect and dialogue. Through guided explorations, improvisations, and playful structures, we’ll deepen our ability to sense, accord, compose, and communicate—verbally and physically.
This is not only a space for dancing, but for practicing presence, saying “yes” and “no” with clarity, navigating the transitions and building trust in ourselves and in others. It’s about slowing down, listening, and moving with attention and from awareness. Seriously joyful and joyfully serious.
Whether you’re newly entering, re-entering contact after a long pause or already dancing regularly, this workshop welcomes all levels of experience and sensitivity.
You are invited to explore:
All for creating safer, braver spaces for embodied dialogue
Whether you are drawn to dive deep or dip your toes, this is a space for curiosity, care, and co-creation. Let’s come together to explore how we move with, move as and not just around one another.
All propositions will be invitations and you will be welcome to
