A week of embodied exploration, immersed in the quiet forests of northern Italy.
We will move together, rest, share and listen. We will explore Contact Improvisation as our main practice for collective living, enriched by somatic and meditative practices and Authentic Movement - while also allowing time for reflection and the simple unfolding of life.
