We will go on an inward journey where we will explore the resonance of our body landscapes, in touch with the natural surroundings, each of which will suggest to us different movements qualities.
Alone and in a group, we will engage into a sensual and playful approach to our environment, using our skin and our senses as interfaces and spaces to meet. It will lead us to instant group composition, by trusting in the dance that wants to grow at that given moment through us as human plants.

The guided dance improvisation (elements of Contact Improvisation, Butoh, Authentic Movement and New Dance) accompanies you on a journey of discovery between natural elements and body worlds. You are invited to draw on your fragility as well as your wildness and allow a shared dance of the moment to grow.

In contact with yourself and nature
After a time of preparation together, you will spend half a day and a night alone in nature. In silence. Surrounded by animals, plants, stones, earth, water, air and fire - in the rhythm of day and night. Nature is simply there - it asks nothing of you and generously bestows its gifts.

Solo time (inspired by vision quest), connected to your dance
Sometimes the natural elements appear challenging, other times they show their sweet, nurturing side and surround us with security.
How exactly you perceive nature is also a reflection of your inner state. You may feel insecure or even bored, or you may be fulfilled and inspired, or you may be having a good time on your own. It's just the way it is. Improvised dance allows inner processes to mature by letting the body and feelings speak instead of analytical thinking.

During 20St you perceive with all your senses, observe your inner processes and resonate with the elements of nature. At four special times of the day and night during the solstice, you connect with the group through a dance in your place of power.
