Contact Improvisation practice of 8 years have been a igniting the dance fire in my body and bringing new excitement with every new learning. I would be sharing regularly from the basic principles of CI, listening, continous movement, circular and spiral movement, weight sharing and reaching to the ground etc. Every sharing would be designed for the participants’ needs with the basic principles of CI. You can drop in or regularly attend to these sharings.
Open to all levels.
