This creative week end invites you to slow down to the speed of life, (re)connect in gentleness with yourself with aquatic contact improvisation and life art process.

The practices:
- 2/3 of the time: Dance improvisation in water, alone, in duets or in the group, floating, standing or in immersion. Following your rythm. Guided water jams in the evening 
- Life artprocess in the studio, we'll go back and forth between Authentic Movement, drawing, writing and sharing with partners, to integrate and digest the aquatic journey. Dance Improvisation and artistic intermodality enable you to let your inner processes mature, letting your body and emotions speak for themselves rather than analytical thought.
