He's a contact improvisation practitioner, event organizer & facilitator, moving phisolopher, performer, videographer, ecosomatic artist, poet, musician, freediver & meditation guide.

His work is deeply inspired by Silent Contact Retreats; Zen, Dzogchen, Vipassana.
