Born in the Azores islands, Francisco is a researcher of consciousness, ethics, movement and the beauty-full strangeness of life. He's a contact improvisation practitioner, event organizer & facilitator, moving phisolopher, performer, videographer, ecosomatic artist, poet, musician, freediver & meditation guide.

His work is deeply inspired by Silent Contact Retreats; Zen, Dzogchen, Vipassana.
