This winter’s Inspiral edition offers an inquiry-based experimental learning environment reflecting the spirit of Contact Improvisation, approaching it as a transformative, life affirming practice and cutting edge art form.

It is for those who are motivated to cultivate readiness for radical change and deepen their connection with nature, its forces and wisdom.

This workshop is designed to prepare body-mind for contact improvisation; to bring embodied understanding of the dance form, its fundamental propositions and principles, and open prospects of its current and potential development.

The format and its duration offers in-depth study, space for practice and provides conditions for integration.
