Mark Young

Mark Young has been studying C.I. since 1997. His approach starts with Tai Chi exercises that emphasize spiral movement. He bridges Tai Chi to spiral rolls on the floor and then to partnering exercises. The efficacy of his work is in finding new pathways by exploring the fear-reflex which can only be overcome with patience, slowly exploring inversions and otherwise disorientation.
