A proposal for research, learning and experimentation in movement.
Each meeting will be led by a different teacher so that the practice of contact improvisation can be explored from different points of view.
PERMEABLE
In this class we will dance in contact with each other, the floor and gravity. Principal elements of Contact Improvisation.
We will be surprised at how permeable we can be to any stimulus, even to the point of becoming a channel for movement that travels from us to the other, to the floor and to space.

~~~The JAM.~~~

The JAM is an open space-time for improvisation and free expression.
In contact improvisation it is a time to practice, to dance, to play, an individual and group exploration where we allow ourselves spontaneous creation and mistakes.
It is open to everyone also people with no experience who want to start practicing.
