10 days of focused training for experienced CI dancers

CI WINTER JAM - January 30th to February 1st, 2026
A weekend full of classes, Jams, Sauna and fun in the snow

LEVEL 1 & 2 - January 23rd to February 8th, 2026
17 days of focused training including a weekend jam

The WINTER JAM weekend is part of the Level 1 and Level 2 and can also be enjoyed as a weekend only.

DEEP DIVE
A transformative experience for your dancing and your life

We will feed our bodies with a lot of technical tricks & tools for more possibilities on all levels. We will engage our minds, which are craving a deeper understanding of what we are doing when we dance CI and inhabit a human body. We will nourish our souls that are longing for an environment of open-hearted, like-minded people where artistic expression is as important as fresh air, healthy food and sunshine. We will connect with gravity and breath
from floor work to the spectacular acrobatic elements and shoulder lifts. Deep listening provides the basis for body-to-body contact. Verbal exchange will help us to be authentic, to respect our boundaries and to get to know ourselves and each other a little better every day.
Dancing in the water and immersing ourselves in the surrounding nature will also help us to nourish ourselves and feel a little more at home with ourselves every day. Would you like to see yourself as part of a greater whole, to expand your vocabulary as a person and as a dancer and experience the feeling of true community?
