Contact improvisation in water is showing us how to soften to flow and to enter infinite spaces of surrender and expanded consciousness.
Dance improvisation in the 35°C warm pool will offer a doorway to liven up your body and raise your sensory awareness.  You can dance alone, in duets or in the group, alternating between standing and floating dance, interacting without leader or follower. Combining conscious breathing, floating three-dimensional movement and ecstatic music, we take you on a trance & dance journey.

This guided ecstatic dance event includes a guided introduction how to dance solo/ in duet or as a group in water, followed by a space for improvised movement in 35°C water to flowing Ecstatic Dance music of Manou/ Oana (playlist).
