Contact Improvisation Festival

Tepoztlán, Mexico

We invite you to an amphibious journey going deeper into contact improvisation and aquatic practices in this 3rd edition of our Earth and Water festival in the magical town of Tepoztlán. These dates are very special due to the Day of the Dead celebrations throughout Mexico, and Tepoztlán still preserves beautiful traditions and rituals, such as the altars of the dead and the parties in the pantheons that we will be visiting during this festival, opening us to the transformation that they entail.
Contact improvisation classes on land and water
Jams in the morning and at night, some with live music.
Hikes in the mystical mountains and nature that the place offers
Facilitation by: Ariadna Franco, Belen Fdz Mazzola, Sara Angelus and Andrea Scheel In the jam team Antonio Acequias and more guests from the Contactimprov Tepoztlán group.
The festival is immersive in style, so lodging and food are included with the activities. If there are different needs, you can consider the possibility of taking classes and coming to the jams.

There will be 3 stages:
 Pre workshop- Intensive Contact Improvisation with Ariadna Franco
