„Move towards Freedom“

„Move towards Freedom“
CI Workshop informed by Nervous System knowledge
with Mara Natterer
The practice of CI responds to many of our human needs, such as physical touch and connection, and has though great regulatory potential. In the same time, it can reveal physical patterns originally designed to protect ourselves, that stand in the way of entering the flow. In this workshop, after finding a grounded nervous system, we want to explore those protective patterns and eventually find safety in letting go - moving towards the potential of our freedom.
On the way we will touch some basic CI material. There’ll be solo explorations, partner exercises and jam moments. Everyone is welcome to work within their own frame of comfort.
