This Inspiral edition invites those dedicated to study, interested in sharing, space making, and the future of the community rooted in the principles and values of the practice. It is for those curious about crafting an embodied language, developing the skill of inquiry and inspired to cultivate readiness for radical change and self-transformation.

This workshop is designed to prepare body-mind for contact improvisation; to bring embodied understanding of the dance form,
its fundamental propositions and principles, and open prospects of its current and potential development. The format and its duration offers in-depth study, space for practice and provides conditions for integration.
